Deep UV grade fused silica viewports (anti-reflective & ITO coating options available)

Vacuum-brazed (lead (Pb) free) deep UV grade zero length fused silica viewports with a choice of 304L or 316LN stainless steel gasket-sealed UHV flanges with Kovar weld rings.

Bakeable to 200 degrees C (do not exceed 3 degree C per minute ramp rate).

Annealed copper gaskets should be used to seal CF viewports; these are available from 4VISA, along with nut/bolt/washer kits.
